Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. We're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is charged at checkout based on your address. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe — we accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Your order

Every item is printed to order by our print partner in the UK or EU, depending on the item — typically 2–5 working days to print, then a further 2–3 days in transit. We'll email you a confirmation when your order is placed and again when it's on its way. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.

Products

Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment, and print placement may vary very slightly between items — that's the nature of made-to-order printing. Significant defects are covered by our returns policy.

Delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us and we'll chase it or put it right.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms, up to the value of your order. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and you can bring proceedings in your local UK courts.
