Obsessed & Dressed ("we") runs obsesseddressed.com and is the controller of the data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and what your rights are. Questions? Email [email protected].

[Trading name and registered address to be confirmed before launch.]

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
  • Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers and we cannot see them.
  • Basket & session cookies — essential cookies that remember your basket and region. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order and telling you about it: printing and posting your items, taking payment, and sending order confirmation and delivery emails. We don't send marketing email without your consent, and we never sell your data.

Our legal basis for using it

  • Order details and payment — processed to perform the contract of sale we enter into when you order (and, for order records, to meet our legal obligation to keep accounting and tax records).
  • Marketing email — only ever sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Basket and session cookies — essential to running the site, so no separate consent is needed for these.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make your order work:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Printful — printing and delivering your items (they receive your name and delivery address)
  • Resend — sending order emails
  • Cloudflare — hosting and site security

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK (including in the US and EU). Where that happens, we rely on legally-approved safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU's standard contractual clauses, or applicable UK adequacy regulations — to keep your data protected to UK standards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically six years). Basket data for orders you don't complete is kept only as long as needed to operate the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it). Email [email protected] and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
